Our project focuses on innovation development in the scientific and engineering sectors. We offer a training program designed to enhance the thinking processes of innovators through the use of the TRIZ tool, along with support for problem analysis. This includes information research, ideation with the aid of Generative AI across all TRIZ tools, and the readiness to undertake real projects based on emerging needs that traditional thought processes may not address. This approach helps overcome limitations of conventional methods and addresses persistent issues in actual work environments.

The training program lasts for 28 hours over 4.5 days, complemented by an additional 28 hours (4.5 days) of consulting on applying these tools in real-world projects, spanning a total of 5 months.
